We ended our day at the Winter Quarters Temple. It is right on the pioneer cemetery grounds and is such a perfect way to hallow the place where so much sacrifice was given. The pioneers were asked to give so much and they did it willingly and with great faith. I think we are asked to give very little in comparison. The stories of their faith and courage and sacrifice are sobering but inspiring. I love the history of the church.
